Summary: The Compliance Analyst at Pinnacle Group is responsible for ensuring that organizational processes and documents adhere to specific contract requirements and regulatory standards within the staffing industry. This role involves meticulous manual process and document review, supplier outreach and correspondence, and eventual client-facing responsibilities in responding to audits. The Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity and adherence to contractual obligations, ensuring Pinnacle Group operates within legal and regulatory frameworks. Compliance Analyst - Pinnacle Group Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring accuracy and compliance? Pinnacle Group is seeking a meticulous Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to regulatory standards and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities: Review and Verification: Diligently review I-9 forms, E-Verify records, markup rates, and audit 100% of W2 hires to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Onboarding Compliance: Confirm adherence to major compliance checkpoints on employees' start days, including markups, bill rates, and onboarding documents. Document Organization: Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all onboarding documents, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Excel and Smartsheets Tracking: Utilize Excel initially and transition to Smartsheets for efficient tracking and management of compliance-related data. Supplier Audits: Conduct regular audits of supplier compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards. Client Audits: Prepare for and respond to client audits, demonstrating thorough knowledge of contract requirements and compliance procedures. Email Correspondence: Engage in effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders through email correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times. Qualifications: degree in Business Administration, Finance, Paralegal Studies, Accounting, or a related field. experience in compliance, auditing, paralegal work, or accounting is preferred. in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheets is advantageous. attention to detail and organizational skills. written and verbal communication abilities. to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
