Financial Modeling - Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:


• Working closely with corporate finance, strategy, business development and M&A team of the client and supporting consulting and corporate clients on various projects independently.

• Expected to have good knowledge of financial statement Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.

• Good working knowledge of financial models – Operating model, DDM, LBO, Merger Model, Accretion /Dilution / etc.

• Supporting clients on multiple industries including technology, food retail, fintech among other industries and performing valuation, model validation, Investment memo, Board presentation, investment thesis etc.

• Provide high quality analysis on start-up valuation, financial projection, fund raising support etc.

• Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.

• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

• Expected to independently or with minimal guidance - understand client objectives and design strategy, interpret and analyze information for accuracy, exhaustiveness and applicability in resolving the research problem.


Key Competencies:


• Experience of about 4-6 years on performing financial modelling, due diligence, M&A and deal supports, financial analysis, synergy analysis, Start-up valuation, investment memo, presentation, competitive & operational benchmarking studies, etc.

• Excellent knowledge & experience on preparation of high quality – power point presentations, excel based financial modelling & analysis.

• Experience on managing internal & external clients, delivering projects/assignments, building cases and scenario analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Qualification as MBA / CFA/ CA

• Knowledge of various databases (Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.)
