We are on the lookout for a Program Manager who brings a blend of IT and OT expertise to lead project management and deliveries to our customers.


Job Overview:


The Program Director will play a crucial role in steering Hypervise projects from conception through to deployment by acting as the chief point of contact between customers and internal project stakeholders. This position demands a strong understanding of both IT and OT environments, including hardware design, development, testing, and the nuances of deploying on-premise software and industrial automation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust processes that ensure project efficiency and excellence, aligning closely with business principles and the specific requirements of hardware products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management framework based on PMP (Project Management Professional) standards to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Design and maintain project templates, tools, workflows, and automations to streamline project execution and monitoring.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on the integration and utilization of Hypervise solutions in their operations.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Hypervise projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline targets..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the design, development, and testing of solutions spanning software and hardware
  • Design and maintain documentation and processes for the deployment of on-premise software, servers, and industrial automation systems.
  • Oversee the supply chain for hardware components, addressing challenges in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and assessments to ensure compliance with the quality management system and continuous improvement of project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align project objectives with the company's strategic goals and operational capabilities.
  • Map the entire workflow from order to closure, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program and project management within IT services, ML/AI projects, IT/OT projects or similar high-tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective project management frameworks and quality management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, with a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in Industrial AI, machine learning, and project management technologies.
