Position / Role: Manager – Compensation & Benefits Reporting To: Global Head - Total Rewards and HR Ops Location: Bengaluru About Us: Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. Position Overview: The compensation & Benefit role will manage local compensation and benefits provision for India and, in addition, will ensure compliance with Indian standards and local regulatory and legal requirements are met through effective compensation and Benefits localisation strategies. Delivers the annual review of salary, bonus, and long-term incentives locally and monitors the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of benefits provision. Responsibilities: Implements compensation and benefits policies and programmes in accordance with Indian standards – Fixed, Variable, LTI. Contributes to the development of compensation and benefits policies and processes by representing the employee population within the area of responsibility. Manages the delivery of annual compensation and benefit review events such as bonuses, long-term incentives and salary reviews. Legal & Compliance adherence. Rewards & Benefits planning, formulation & monitoring. Delivers local communication strategies for compensation and benefit programmes. Drafting/creating compensation and benefits policies , ensuring adherence with local regulatory, legal and best practice approaches. Reviews benefits provision, monitoring the financial impact of provision and competitiveness to the market. Financially plans and manages budgets for all areas of responsibility required for the delivery of compensation and benefit programmes. Maintains an understanding of external compensation and benefits environment, including changes in legal, regulatory and best practice approaches. Manages reporting requirements providing information to complied regional reports and leveraging advantage through HR IS systems. Qualifications: Full-time MBA is a must. B. Tech Engineering or bachelor’s in science Experience/ Skills required: Communication – Verbal, Written, Formal. Significant experience in delivering compensation & benefits practices. Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits policies Experience in managing contracts with third-party suppliers Well-developed people skills and ability to engage, influence and negotiate with major stakeholders and internal clients. Desirable: Battery Manufacturing Industry Experienced in OT payout
