Land O'Lakes has partnered with ANSR to setup their GCC in India. You will be employed by ANSR until Land O'Lakes GCC is operationally ready. The transition from ANSR to Land O'Lakes GCC is targeted to be completed within the next two years.

CMDB / Discovery – Configuration Management Administration:

• Responsible for the administration, development, integration and execution of a Configuration Management Process and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
• CMDB and Discovery tool architecture, design, and installation.
• ServiceNow Discovery tool administration: Utilizes and configures the ServiceNow Discovery tool to help automate changes within the various CI classes and ensure we are obtaining accurate meaningful data.
• Lead efforts to identify issues within the CMDB and develop remediation plans.
• Define and determine CMDB and data tools and processes: ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Data Certification, etc.
• CI creation and modifications through Service Requests and Discovery.
• Lead efforts to review the CMDB classes and structures and make administrative recommendations to initiate improvements.
• Assist with biannual ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Assists in the creation and planning of our yearly Configuration Management roadmap.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

• Data Integrity and Accuracy: Drives the day-to-day activities to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database and move towards a CSDM model.
• Help develop and maintain CMDB CI data archiving and retirement process.
• CMDB Auditing: Monitor and develop CMDB auditing processes using data certification practices in the ServiceNow platform and work with various IT support teams to ensure work is progressing.
• Develop and maintain CMDB dashboard and metrics.
• Develop documentation for end user training and Knowledge articles.

ITIL Processes:

• Problem Management: Proactively research and identify trouble-some trends as they develop; analyze trends and work with IT support teams to develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring.
• Track, capture, and report on key system performance metrics; analyzing trends and providing input to IT groups on continuous improvement process.
• Provide Incident resolution for CMDB or Discovery issues.
• Participates and helps to lead efforts of our Continuous Process Improvement initiative.
• Participates in our Change management process for any related CMDB/Discovery changes.

Experience Required:

• 2 to 4 years related experience in the ServiceNow platform and CMDB administration, Discovery, Data Certification, reporting, dashboards, and scripting.

Experience Desired:

• Expert understanding of the Configuration Management ITIL process and policies.
• Hands-on MID server configuration experience and architecture understanding.

Education and Training Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience

Primary Skills:

• Understanding of ServiceNow CSDM 3.0/4.0 model.

Additional Skills:

• Experience is building effective ServiceNow dashboards for service owners and leaders to show accurate and up to date results.
• Experience as a Configuration Management process owner.
