As part of our Analytics and Insights Consumption team, you’ll analyze data to drive useful insights for clients to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes. You'll use visualization, statistical and analytics models, AI/ML techniques, Modelops and other techniques to develop these insights.Years of Experience: Candidates with 6+ years of hands on experienceRequired Skills:- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare market, including industry terminologies, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HEDIS, CMS guidelines)- Familiarity with healthcare data sources and standards (e.g., claims data, EMR/EHR data, HIPAA)- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS with ex- Experience in Machine Learning, AI and Large Language Models application in healthcare use cases.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex healthcare data and identify trends, patterns to provide insights to empower decision-making and drive improvements- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work-Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as within a team- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trendsGood Communication and presentation skillsEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel Requirements0%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
