Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New Delhi. The role entails full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across various industries.
Qualifications

  • Strong experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
  • Hands-on experience with employer branding
  • Excellent interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fit
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Adept at using recruitment tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in Executive Search is a plus
