Now we’re looking for BDM- Delhi (IT Sales) .You’ll be a part of our Sales Team.


Job overview: You’ll work and shape Embee’s performance on IT market.


BDM will be responsible to achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue for the Region that they’re responsible. This role is highly customer focused, challenging, and result-oriented, which requires experience in working with cross-functional teams and being able to work in a growing organization.


Qualifications And Experience Required


  • Min Grad
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in MS / Cloud sales / software sales / Virtualization / Solutions sales / Enterprise Software / IT solutions (SAAS) and Security/ IT Infra (Overall exp is preferred) etc.
  • Track record of meeting the quota numbers from year-on-year
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT architecture preferred.


Key Responsibilities


· Responsible for managing and retaining revenue in defined accounts in the North region for Govt/PSU sector.

· Business Development in a B2B environment in the overall IT sales segment.

· Identifying and generating new business opportunities as a hunter role .

· Maximizing the revenue for the region for all offered IT product.

· Developing account management strategies to support growth and increase customer goodwill and propose individualized IT solutions

· Responsible for farming the accounts to get a greater share of the wallet.

· Cross Selling and up selling our other offerings of IT products & Solutions (Azure/AWS, Security solutions,Citrix, BI, SAP B1, etc.)

· Responsible for entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for accounts.

· Prepare and maintain business plans and sales forecasts.

· Regular use of all sales tools, such as SAP CRM, to effectively plan and measure sales activities.
