<p><strong><u>Sr. HR Executive </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Training & Development</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Work on employees competency mapping frame work to identify job specific competencies Competency Skill Level Assessment, Mapping out Skill Metrics for each employee</p><p>Coordinating with Employees, Function Heads & Management for identifying the training needs considering the Competency Framework and Skill Matrix</p><p>Creating, Facilitating and Coordinating the Training Programs across the Organization.</p><p>Coach Leaders, Middle Managers and Young Leaders on their professional development.</p><p>Follow up on the results and participation.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Performance Management:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Actively involved in KRA & KPI setting processes.</p><p>Ensure Appraisal Cycles are completed on time, review ratings and address concerns.</p><p>(Quarterly / Annual)</p><p><strong><u>Organization Culture:</u></strong></p><p>Drive and articulate Ruby Values across all employees and create value based organization culture.</p><p>Guard and Enforce HR policies, procedures and company values in conjunction with Management Team and Functional Leaders.</p><p>Develop a culture strategy that include initiatives such as increasing transparency, improving feedback mechanisms and creating opportunities for growth & development.</p><p>Champion the implementation of programs designed to enhance work/life balance for all employees </p><p>Create a framework for measuring cultural health within the organization in order to track progress over time and identify areas where further focus is needed.</p><p>Collaborate with senior leadership team on strategic initiatives that improve organizational alignment and increased productivity </p><p>Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with all employees to provide feedback and address concerns or questions</p><p><strong><u>Employee Engagement & Motivation:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Initiate and promote engaging programs that will provide avenue foster partnership between Management and employees.</p><p>Conduct Retention Interviews and exit Interviews. </p><p>Plan and implement Reward & Recognition program. </p><p>Drive communication & fun activities on the floor to ensure employee motivation.</p><p>Conceptualizing and implementation of various employee engagement activities, planning entire calendar for the events, spear heading the employee engagement activities such as fun events, games, sports and competitions.</p><p><strong><u>Compensation & Benefits:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Compensation & Benefit Benchmarking.</li><li>Review, Designing and Implementation of compensation structure </li></ul><p><strong><u>HR Budgeting:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepares HR-Budget on the basis of past year trends and future forecasts.</li><li>Monitoring and controlling expenses as per approved budget.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Skills: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Must Possess excellent strategic planning skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills with proficient verbal and written communication skills (English and Tamil )</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills , ability to deal with people politely</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with most levels of talent</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience : 5-7years</strong></p><p><strong>Degree : MBA or MSW</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Madurai</strong></p><p><strong>Salary:25k</strong></p><p><strong>Manufacturing Industry prefered.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Contact:7339294355/(e-mail removed)</p>
