Role: Technical Manager (10+ years experience)

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) front-end migration projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding AEM front-end projects.
- Gather and analyze requirements, communicate project progress, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams of front-end developers, AEM Developers, and QA testers.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Risk Management:
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Proactively monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions and adjustments to project plans as necessary.
- Anticipate and manage scope changes, negotiating with stakeholders and adjusting project parameters while minimizing disruption.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality standards and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality AEM front-end websites.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to identify and resolve defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
- Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and minutes of meeting.
- Generate regular reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project milestones.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of frontend development frameworks and languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.
- Possess a good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and front-end web development technologies.
- Work closely with development teams to define technical requirements, and address technical challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in web performance and front-end development, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience managing AEM front-end website projects, preferably in a digital agency or IT consulting environment.
- Good understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Previous experience in a technical project management role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex web projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, waterfall, and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable (not manadatory).
