Job Title : Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Job Function: Leading Technical Department

Experience: 20+ Years

CTC: Negotiable (fixed & variable) upto Rs.100 LPA

Qualification: M.Tech/ME/MCA


Position Overview:

As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technical vision and strategy of the company. You will lead the charge in leveraging technology to drive business objectives, maintain competitive advantage, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Leadership : Lead the formulation and execution of the company's technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

2) Technical Architecture : Oversee the development and implementation of a robust technical architecture, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.

3) Technology Innovation : Drive research and evaluation initiatives on emerging technologies to foster innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

4) Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

5) Talent Development : Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the technical team, nurturing talent and expertise.

6) Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data privacy and security.

7) Stakeholder Liaison : Act as a pivotal liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.


Key Requirements:

1) Education : M.Tech/ME/MCA.

2) Leadership Experience : Demonstrated leadership experience in technical roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

3) Technical Expertise :

  • Proficiency in software development methodologies, cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of Frontend software (.Net/Java/C++) and RDBMS (SQL/ORACLE) is required.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP-ERP Systems.
  • Functional knowledge of Networking/Data Servers.

4) Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, adept at navigating complex technical challenges.

5) Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and inspire teams.

6) Innovation Track Record : Track record of driving technological innovation and delivering tangible business outcomes.

7) Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and best practices in information technology governance.
