Workday Technical Analyst(Payroll)

As a Workday Technical Consultant with Payroll Experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, particularly focusing on payroll functionalities. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business needs, configuring the Workday system, and providing technical expertise to ensure seamless integration and functionality.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Prior experience working as a consultant or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Workday HCM and payroll solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Should have strong working knowledge on integrations related to banking checks, payroll integrations, benefits.
  • Proficiency in Workday Payroll configuration, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), calculated fields, and report writing.
  • Experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, Core Connectors) and third-party payroll integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Payroll certification or relevant Workday certifications.
  • Experience with other Workday modules (such as Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits) and their integration with payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and multi-country payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative software development methodologies.


Note: This role requires you to work in night shift. (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) or (7:30 PM to 4:30 PM)
