Work Hours: Night Shift (USA EST Timings)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Technical Recruiting Process.
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
  • Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
  • Look up for the right resumes that match our client requirement on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.
  • Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
  • Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis.
  • Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.
  • Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.
  • Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
  • Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.
  • Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.


CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Have At least 6+ Years Experience as a Technical Recruiter.

• Good Communication Skills

• Leadership Capabilities

• Wear multiple hats as needed.

• Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
