Head of Content Strategy Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of Content Strategy with a strong background in B2B enterprise SaaS solutions to lead our content development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has advanced through various marketing and content creation roles within the startup sector and is adept at working in a demanding, 24/7 business environment. The successful candidate will be highly metrics-oriented and experienced across all content distribution channels. Key Responsibilities: Craft and execute a comprehensive content strategy specifically designed for B2B enterprise SaaS environments, aimed at boosting brand visibility and engagement. Direct and grow a team of content creators, strategists, and marketers to produce impactful and measurable content outcomes. Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure a seamless integration of content strategies across all phases of product marketing. Leverage metrics to assess and report on content performance, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improve content effectiveness continuously. Manage content dissemination across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and potentially offline media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Remain up-to-date with content trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to keep our content approach ahead of the curve. Qualifications: 4-8 years of proven experience in content strategy, creation, and marketing, specifically in the B2B enterprise SaaS space. Strong track record of progression from content writing to marketing leadership, preferably in a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a metrics-driven workplace, with a solid understanding of content analytics tools and KPIs. Comprehensive expertise in managing multiple content channels, ensuring optimal engagement and performance across all platforms. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and multi-threaded projects under tight deadlines. Resilience and flexibility to work in a 24/7 startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable startup mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
