Job Description: The Pre-Sales Associate (Cold Calling) at Radhey Group plays a crucial role in the sales process by reaching out to potential clients generated by the marketing team and qualifying them as leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to identify opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to introduce Radhey Group's products/services and assess their interest and needs.

  2. Qualification: Engage with prospects to gather information about their requirements, budget, timeline, decision-making process, and any other relevant details to determine if they are a good fit for Radhey Group's offerings.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Radhey Group's products/services and value proposition to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

  4. Lead Management: Document all interactions with leads in the CRM system, including notes, follow-up tasks, and any other relevant information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies, follow-up activities, and handoff procedures for qualified leads.

  6. Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through ongoing prospecting efforts and effective relationship building.

  7. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

  8. Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, facilitate product demonstrations, and provide any additional support needed to move qualified leads through the sales process.

Qualifications:
