Position Summary

The goal of Strategy and Operations is to ensure we support the Product and Engineering team at Highradius to plan, measure, and achieve its business goals. As an Analyst in the team, you will own at least one critical goal/theme for the Product team and drive results on high-priority growth & efficiency levers -

  • Planning initiatives and bringing overall structure, and alignment to the business goal
  • Work closely with the stakeholders(Product and Engineering Leadership, and any cross-functional stakeholders) to bring high structure, drive momentum, and overcome challenges
  • Showcasing your Data Analysis Skills & Number driven approach and help leaders in various initiatives to help achieve the business goal
  • Enabling leaders in regular executive reviews with reports to track regular progress and highlight any potential risks


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product strategy execution by translating the product strategy into actionable plans and driving execution to achieve business goals
  • Report the product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement with a data-driven approach, and work with cross-functional teams to align & implement solutions
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, like product management, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and drive product success
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency, and implement best practices to improve product operations
  • Analyze data to gain insights into product performance and customer behavior, and use these insights to inform product decisions


Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in strategy and operations or a fast-paced start-up role
  • Proficiency in Google sheet-based modeling and reporting. And, knowledge or willingness to pick up Python and Google scripting
  • Strong problem-solving experience with an ability to work on complex, multi-dimensional problems and bring structure and clarity to all stakeholders
  • Experience in working with stakeholders across different departments and geographies
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse functions and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
