JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should preferably have 2-3 years of experience for this position and will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Sales team to champion Twirll adoption across all stages of the sales process. LOCATION Remote or Hybrid (Noida), based in India


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execution plan to maximize adoption of Twirll Hospitality, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Services offerings.
  • Identify and address business pain points, offering tailored solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through different channels, highlighting the core value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Share regular feedback on market condition, competition and pricing and other factors influencing the ground sales
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, building rapport to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and showcase services to prospects, effectively illustrating their benefits.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database, accurately documenting interactions with prospective clients.
  • Monitor, track, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, demo presentations, and successful deals closed.
  • Execute drip campaigns to provide ongoing communication to prospects in the cold stage.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of Account Managers to ensure they are equipped to support clients effectively.
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for continued success.
  • Offer proactive and timely support throughout the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Generate Referrals and positive reviews from existing relationships and arrange appointments to expand the client base.
  • Drive Customer Retention and Loyalty by fostering lasting relationships with our existing client base, promoting repeat business opportunities.
  • Cultivate Integration partner relationships and generate revenue.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or certification in Sales or a related field, accompanied by at least 2 years of Sales experience within the B2B Hospitality, Retail, Wholesale or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Minimum of 2 years of SaaS Consulting experience.
  • Preference for candidates with prior startup experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience driving sales in international markets such as the US, London, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, etc.
  • Business consulting proficiency is optional but highly encouraged.
  • Proven ability to generate a robust lead pipeline utilizing both digital and traditional methods.
  • Exceptional reliability, ensuring rapid responses to customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple customers simultaneously to deliver results promptly.
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared etc.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving sales trends.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor, passionate about engaging with people including customers, prospects, and community members.
