Key Responsibilities:

Team Building & Leadership:

Assemble, train, and lead a high-performance market research team dedicated to account-based research.

Research Strategy Development:

Design a comprehensive research plan to delve into target accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and potential areas of opportunity for SourceFuse services.

Data Collection & Analysis:

Oversee the gathering of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

Account Profiling:

Construct detailed profiles of target clients, highlighting their IT infrastructure, potential pain points, and areas where SourceFuse can offer unique solutions.

Sales Strategy Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team at SourceFuse to convert research insights into actionable sales strategies and pitches.

Tools & Technology:

Identify, recommend, and implement the best research tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Reporting:

Present regular updates and reports to senior management at SourceFuse, detailing research findings and recommendations.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated with the latest in the IT services industry, ensuring our research methodologies remain current and competitive.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments at SourceFuse to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

● 7-10 years of experience in market research, with a focus on account-based research.

● Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.

● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

● Proficiency in research tools and software.

● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Knowledge of the global IT services market and key industry players.
