Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update customer database in the Sales Force system.
  • Track sales activity and prepare sales reports for management.

Proposal Development:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
  • Gather information on competitors and market trends.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce systems and sales processes.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Helping the CEO with the pipeline of sales activities, calendar booking management, and trip management as needed

Qualifications


  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
