Position Summary

HighRadius is looking to fill R2R (Record to Report) Assistant Manager role. This is a critical role at HighRadius which requires transaction recording/ approving (accounting) including, but not limited to, month-end/year-end close, statutory/ local compliance audit support, variance/ trend analysis, etc.

As an Assistant Manager R2R (Record to Report), you will use your strong accounting skills to record/ review, transactions, and reconciliations and drive closure of the account balance and statutory books at each month/ quarter/year-end.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with teams other than accounting-based out of US/ EMEA teams and also within teams in India viz. FP&A for the tasks/ account balances assigned viz. Payroll Journals, Commission cost, Investments.

You also will be required to come up with analytical reasoning variances in the P&L and B/s accounts assigned.

Moreover depending on the requirement and bandwidth, you might also be required to support other team members, whenever required.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge.

Additionally, you will also be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-driven, and would thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up best up class processes and continuously improvise on the same to meet the high growth trajectory at HighRadius.
  • Lead the closing and reporting process for the areas assigned along with coordinating US and EMEA region team
  • Manage timely month-end and year-end closure including accuracy and completeness of transactions
  • Developing and maintaining processes with controls
  • Monthly variance/ trend analysis along with reasoning
  • Coordination with other teams including FP&A
  • Depending on bandwidth and work allocation, support other tasks within the team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or CA Inter in Accounting/ Finance
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
