Job Description:
We are seeking a Training and Support Representative for our client, a SaaS product company of a Business Operating System / MRP System built on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support Client’s end customers (users) with application specific training
● Provide ongoing technical support
● Regular Interaction with SaaS product owners’ team and management
● Frequent meetings with DOSTI team working on SaaS product (SF Developers, Testers, Admins)
● Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
● 2+yearsofexperience in Salesforce products
● Salesforce.com administrator certification (ADM201) is required, and advanced administrator
certification (ADM211) is preferred.
● Strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings,
data management, and customization
● Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard development
● MRP/ERP process and product knowledge a plus
