Overview


We are seeking a talented individual who will collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand our recruitment needs and ensure alignment with competitive hiring goals. The incumbent will lead the entire recruitment process across various roles and functions, advising on identifying, hiring, and retaining top-quality talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to deeply understand Everest Group's recruitment needs for each position, ensuring alignment with competitive hiring goals
  • Lead full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles/functions, advising the business in identifying, hiring, and retaining high-quality talent
  • Conduct screening interviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations on candidates to hiring managers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a pool of qualified active and passive candidates, enabling swift placement as new positions arise
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes. Identify key sourcing channels and implement creative strategies using direct outreach, networking, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, utilizing job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source talent and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity impact, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the talent acquisition process

Experience


  • 6-9 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally with comprehensive ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in talent mapping using recruitment platforms, building talent pipelines, and nurturing potential talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on delivering impactful outcomes for internal stakeholders
  • Passion for utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance collaboration with stakeholders
