  • Assistant Business Manager - based in Kolkata handling whole of kolkata territory
  • Assistant Business Manager - based in Bhubaneshwar handling Odisha state


Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for the effective on-boarding of franchise partners, maintaining long term Relationships with them and maximizing revenue and enrolments through them.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve revenue targets by:

  • Ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue per franchisee by streamlining franchise business operations.
  • Monitoring, tracking and guiding performance of franchises to promote parent & student satisfaction.
  • Assisting under-performing Franchises in performance improvement.
  • Serving as the link of communication between franchise partners & internal teams.
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by partners in a timely manner.
  • Having a thorough understanding of franchise network distribution in the assigned area.


2. Actively help achieve franchise wise enrolment targets :

  • Ensuring achievement of enrolment targets by franchises.
  • Helping franchises to convey the school’s value proposition.
  • Ensuring faster response time.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives such that EuroKids brand is appropriately represented. \


3. Achieve timely billing and collections by :

  • Ensuring a swift collection process for royalty payments and ensuring quick payment for initial set up.


4. Achieve compliance and safety adherence of the franchises by:

  • Ensuring adherence to the SOPs manual for Franchise Partners to ensure consistent and high quality experience for the end user.
  • Ensuring high level safety preparedness at all franchises.


5. Complete the sales administration and compliance by:

  • Meeting and documenting daily market visit norms.
  • Ensuring visit reports and centre level MIS.
  • Serving as the link of communication between partners & internal teams.
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by partners promptly.



Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in franchise management.
  • MBA Sales & Marketing with 5-6 years of experience in the education/ retail/franchising industries
  • Geography Knowledge of the respective territory is a must
  • Should be fluent in Bengali & Odia basis the Territiory that you would like to apply for.
