About the Role


We are looking for an experienced MDM Operations Engineer to join our MDM team. He/She will be responsible for delivering tasks in time with full accuracy related to Material / Vendor / Customer / Cost Center / Profit Center Master Data. He/She will continuously seek out better ways of performing the processes and support process improvement /automation initiatives. To successfully perform other assigned analytical work under the directions. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with Master data management.


  • an active role in processing day-to-day Master Data requests and close within defined SLA timelines.
  • the complex Master Data requests and process them with absolute accuracy.
  • closely with business partners to identify, recommend, and implement Master data objects aligned with the strategy and needs.
  • gathering, creating reports and workflows for data output views.
  • experience in solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integrations.
  • Architects, experts, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate those needs into concise user stories, backlog items with detailed requirements and implement them with the scrum team.
  • investigate problems in the search for the root cause and the solution(s) within your areas of responsibility.
  • can effectively communicate skills and knowledge to close communication gaps through proper channels.
  • can easily integrate into a (virtual) team and work autonomously.



Preferred Skills and Experience:


  • 4 - 7 years of exp in MDM Operations, extensive experience in SAP, good to have hands-on on Salesforce.
  • knowledge of Customer, Vendor, Material, Cost Center & Profit Center Master Data.

knowledge of Master Data fields and the importance in business transactions.

  • In Data Management Processes (Data Profiling & Cleansing, Workflows, Data Quality, Governance Process), or functional knowledge in SAP MM/PP or SD modules will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Master Data Governance framework.
  • Knowledge of Master Data SAP tables.
  • to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically.
  • interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
