Position: Talent Management & Organizational Development

Designation: Manager

Location: Gurugram

Reports to: AVP- Talent Management & Organizational Development

Job Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and feedback techniques.


Learning and Development

  • Design and deliver training programs internally and externally to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Identify developmental needs and opportunities for individual employees and facilitate career development planning.
  • Driving Learning Digitization including LMS, learning content.
  • with senior leadership to identify leadership development needs and design programs to develop high-potential employees.
  • and mentor leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities.


Talent Review and Succession Planning:

  • Execution of the Talent Review Process including Succession Planning to help build an internal pipeline of talent for key roles.

Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership positions.


Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.

Desired Experience and Skills/Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 Years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational development, or related HR functions.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, employee development, and leadership development best practices.
  • Experience in driving Automation in Learning and Talent Management Aspects.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Influencing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Management (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
