LIFECYCLE MARKETING EXECUTIVE


Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and managing a testing and campaign roadmap that addresses key communication points at various stages of the customer lifecycle journey, report on effectiveness and analyze results and look to continually optimize based upon them.
  • Identify campaign/testing opportunities, define objectives and deliver plan to achieve them and results and report on results to stakeholders and identify key learning’s and best practices.
  • Build campaign briefs complete with objectives and requirements, provide direction on messaging, copy and creative, liaise with marketing manager on execution of campaigns and work closely with Operations to ensure appropriate level of communication around campaign development, execution and fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer service feedback on all campaigns, product improvements, etc and be available for ongoing communication post-launch.
  • Campaign management for various consumer touch points including but not limited to website, email, SMS and In-box message.
  • Liaise with all other departments and partners including Creative, Acquisition Marketing, Conversion, Telesales, Product Development, etc, to ensure a smooth roll out of all lifecycle marketing plans and projects.
  • Liaise with Business Intelligence to ensure effective reporting, look for opportunities to automate as much reporting as possible and ensure analysis being done and delivered in timely manner.
  • Work on other related projects as required.


Requirements :

  • 3-5 years’ experience in online marketing and CRM activities.
  • Passionate about identifying and solving problems.
  • Desire to learn and ask questions.
  • Highly analytical / quantitative, data based problem solving and optimization.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of all aspects of a project from conception to completion.
  • Positive personality and strong English language communication skills (written and verbal) .
  • Collaborative team player, can work cross-functionally to bring teams along.
  • Good writing and communication skills, able to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Team player, adaptable and able to work with a number of different departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
