Job Overview:

As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of inside sales executives, driving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, enhance revenue generation, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales success.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of inside sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their inside sales skills and performance
  • Provide customers with product and service information. Emphasize the Workafella brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion.
  • Nurture, develop, and close leads resulting in booked and completed tours.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and ensure closure.
  • Track tours and sales targets across region and center and prioritize calls, and efforts accordingly.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
  • Learn, adapt, and master CRM to efficiently input and track data.
  • Capture all new customer information into CRM.
  • Pass on customer feedback to the center team and management.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
  • Keep records of all conversations in the CRM database comprehensibly.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with the center team.
  • Be updated on the competitor city-wise and center-wise. Aware of competitor strengths and falls.
