We are an ISO 9001 certified company that laid its foundational pillar in the year 1994. Responsibilities: Full ownership for maximizing sales of the designated area. Responsible for Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Kerala Region – sales. Daily reporting of visits to RSM & VP Sales. Required traveling of 5-6 days a week. Lead Generation through internet and word of mouth. Support distributors in channel sales. Plan the sales strategy for the Fragrances division, Analyze the sales trends, assess the in-house capability and strength areas. Ensure key customer interface at regular basis. Coordinate with plant for production planning and dispatch pro-actively to maintain the existing and future business. Ensure customer database is updated and recording and reporting of data as and when required. Have a strong understanding of market research and customer requirements. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Desired Skills & Experience: Ideally, should have at 2-5 years of experience in fragrance or Personal care industry. Graduate/Postgraduate in science. Must be fluent in Tamil, English and Hindi. The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team The ability to deal with rejection. Flexible in Travelling as & when required. Attention to detail. Preference will be given to the local candidates from Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Kerala The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets. Good business sense and a professional manner.
