Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and demonstrate a deep understanding of the agency
  • Reaching out to brands for new business
  • Responsible for campaign planning, presentation development, creative supervision, and execution
  • Plan all engagements, including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
  • Prioritize projects and resources, manage the workflow process, and work across accounts
  • Responsible for managing a team and running brands independently
  • Attend research and fieldwork to understand consumers' insights through research
  • Identify market trends and opportunities and recommend advertising tools to build our clients' businesses
  • Conduct weekly meetings with all agency departments
  • Monitor campaigns, suggest proactive ways forward to teams, and develop case studies for existing clients
  • Participate in interactive strategy development with consulting team members and clients
  • Co-work with planning teams for pitch presentations and map clients' requirements from a business perspective
  • Provide customized business solutions through proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Service existing and new clients for project-related avenues, including costing, creative, operation timeline planning, and production
  • Control and coordinate with the operations team for on-ground activations
  • Accountable for closing projects with clients


Required Skills:

  • Substantial experience across segments, including ATL, BTL, and media handling business development, client servicing, and operations
  • Prior work experience with Ad agencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
