Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales for Dr. Fixit Range of waterproofing chemicals & Exterior Wall care range.

2. Projects of waterproofing materials requirements range from 10 lakh to 50-60 lakh.

3. Should have good knowledge of market, customer & relationships

4. Key Account management through KA way of working

5. Applicator Development and Upgradation

6. Handling Channel - Distributors and Dealers

7. Ensuring On time Payments

8. Providing technical support to stakeholders - key accounts / applicators / dealers as and when required

9. Competition Analysis and Market Feedback

10. Willingness to go beyond the call and have positive mindset.

11. Interpersonal skills

12. Ability to co-ordinate with depot / logistics and customer seamlessly


Candidate Profile:

BE/ME/MBA with 3 years to 10 years’ experience.

Project working - Key accounts working

Experience in Branding, Trade Marketing

Technical skill if any - Data Analytics (Basic Level), Excel & MS Office, Data Management-Sales Force

Preferred industries (you can select multiple industries) -Ceramics /Sanitary ware, Construction/ Engineering/Cement/Metals, Gems/Jewellery Glass / Glassware, Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery

Preferred Companies - Asian Paints / Fosroc / Sika / BASF / Hilti / Saint Gobain / Asahi glass
