To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new value for the business, we are seeking passionate professionals for the position of Head HR Processes-Mines. This role will be crucial for continuing mining operations and achieving the larger vision of the overall Aluminium Business.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • The role will be responsible for devising and executing HR establishment systems for Mining Business including employee onboarding, employee database management, payroll processing and statutory compliance management for regular employees.
  • She/He will design and execute talent management and development framework for Mining Business in-line with the group philosophy.
  • Preparation of leadership pipeline/succession planning for critical roles, Learning & Development scheme and driving performance appraisal system
  • Adherence to all HR compliances, furnishing audit requirement with right governance structure.
  • Management of HR Process on HRMS (powered by Darwin box) & supporting its seamless operation.


Candidate Profile

  • Masters in HR with 10+ years of relevant experience. Sound knowledge of HR Establishment is preferred.
  • Well versed with MS office, SAP and Tech savy.
  • Knowledge of HR documentation, compliances, HR Audits, HR Scorecard and HR Governance mechanism.
