We are looking for Sr Presales Project Manager, As Presales Project Manager you will play a critical role in our company's growth by leading the presales process and crafting winning proposals. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and create compelling proposals that effectively showcase our value proposition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing presales projects and crafting successful proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Position Title: Sr Presales Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Working hours: 2 PM- 11PM IST

Employment Type: Full time

Working days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to the AI and Cloud Solutions.
• Support Sales teams in completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Write and edit technical portions of proposals, collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Manage proposal-related projects to enhance the company's effectiveness in winning new business and retaining clients
• Oversee daily proposal activities, including solutioning sessions, team meetings, writing development, and editing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
• Manage proposal budgets to ensure cost-effective development and production
• Work with product development teams to create compelling sales proposals showcasing unique value propositions
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and customer expectations
• Prioritize proposal workloads, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery
• Take ownership of the proposal process from planning to final delivery
• Develop and maintain pre-sales operations, including lead generation, qualification, and management.
• Work closely with AI, Enterprise Cloud and Product Innovation teams to develop compelling innovation sales proposals and showcase the unique value of our products and services.
• Mentor and train proposal staff to ensure continuous professional development and organizational readiness.
