Job Description 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve sales targets for the company's real estate projects. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create compelling sales campaigns and promotional materials. 2. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team responsible for selling the real estate projects. Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of the sales team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth. 3. Sales Operations: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and losing deals. Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate projects, ensuring the sales team is knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and pricing. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as brokers, channel partners, and prospective buyers. 4. Sales Performance and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate timely reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement sales process enhancements as necessary. Regularly communicate sales updates, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential buyers and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
