Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition who can create a potential pipeline of exceptional talent and onboard. As a Talent Acquisition , you should understand the talent needs and fulfill the requirements within a particular timeframe. Sound knowledge of Agile, XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Clean Code, and DevOps.


Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in Experience in sourcing and closing exceptional talent (including passive candidates)
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.


Job Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates via databases, social media, and platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit (technical and cultural).
  • Use various tools for interviews and selection processes.
  • Apply HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical reports.
  • Build candidate relationships and promote the company’s reputation.
  • Stay updated on recruiting methods and tools.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop talent pipelines and strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Post jobs and track pipeline performance.
  • Improve employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Network at tech conferences and meetups.
  • Utilize sourcing techniques like social media and Boolean search.
