Inside Sales Executive

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Inside Sales Executive has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The incumbent should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability


Qualifications:

  • B. Pharm or BSc in any Life Sciences with a MBA (NIPER MBA's will be given preference)
  • 1-2 years' previous sales experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM- Salesforce or any other CRM Software preferred


Responsibilities:


  • Research, target and open new client opportunities in Europe
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications
