Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transport Coordinator at Hermes Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad. The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day transportation operations, coordinating with drivers and carriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolving any transportation issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining communication with internal teams and customers regarding transportation updates. Temperature control for reefer vehicles.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Transportation Management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using transportation management software
