Candidate Requirements:-

1. Graduate degree minimum 4 years’ experience into training.

2. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

3. Flexible for travelling through PAN India.

4. Know the local language (Telugu) and well versed with QSR culture.


Roles & Responsibilities -


  • Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • To design and conduct training sessions for employees as per TNA.
  • To help in creating a training-based budget and Calendar.
  • Facilitating and designing Induction and onboarding of new Candidates.
  • Promote the culture of a self-motivated learning culture.
  • Designing various functional and behavioral training modules.
  • Constant updating of training content.
  • To conduct Competency-based training needs analysis.
