Job Overview: We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and visionary instructional leaders who are committed to reshaping the educational landscape of India. In this role, you will be instrumental in disseminating NatureNurture's unique pedagogical approach across our network of partner schools. Your responsibilities will span across content development, educator training, and ensuring the effective application of our educational philosophy. Key Responsibilities: In-Depth Curriculum Design: Craft comprehensive and adaptive curriculum content that integrates contemporary educational theories and practices. This involves aligning the curriculum with various educational boards while incorporating NatureNurture’s innovative teaching methodologies. Educator Training & Empowerment: Organize and lead extensive training workshops for teachers, focusing on the practical application of the curriculum, innovative teaching methods, classroom management techniques, and use of educational technology. Classroom Observation & Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic classroom observations to evaluate the efficacy of teaching methods and curriculum delivery. Provide constructive feedback to educators and recommend strategies for improvement. Audit & Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and audit the educational processes and content delivery in partner schools, ensuring compliance with NatureNurture standards and educational board requirements. Professional Development Initiatives: Initiate and oversee continuous professional development programs for teachers, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions, aimed at enhancing teaching skills and staying abreast of the latest educational trends. Strategic Implementation & Feedback: Oversee the strategic implementation of NatureNurture’s learning programs, gather feedback from educators, students, and parents, and use this feedback to inform continuous improvements in curriculum and teaching strategies. Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a role model in educational leadership, fostering a collaborative environment among school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of educational excellence and innovation. Qualifications: A Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field. Proven experience in curriculum development and educator training. In-depth knowledge of various educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively to partner schools across India.
