Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Application Head:


1. Application Expertise:

   - Proficiency in application processes for various universities.

   - In-depth knowledge of document requirements and submission procedures.


2. Rapport Formation:

   - Ability to establish strong rapport with students to understand their academic backgrounds and aspirations.


3. Essay Writing and SOP:

   - Skill in guiding students through crafting compelling essays and Statements of Purpose (SOPs) tailored to university requirements.


4. CV Formation:

   - Expertise in assisting students with resume building, highlighting their academic achievements and extracurricular activities.


5. Customized Profile Creation:

   - Capability to tailor student profiles according to the specific requirements of target universities.


6. Visa Application Assistance:

   - Proficiency in guiding students through the visa application process, including documentation and interview preparation.


7. Accommodation Booking:

   - Ability to assist students in securing suitable accommodation options near their chosen universities.


8. Scholarship Processes:

   - Skill in supporting students with scholarship applications, including essay writing and documentation.


9. Documentation Management:

   - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all application-related documentation.


10. University List Formation:

    - Researching and compiling a comprehensive list of universities based on students' preferences and academic profiles.


Required Skills and Experience:


- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions counselling or a related field.

- Patience and empathy in assisting students through the application journey.

- Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior counsellors effectively.

- Strong research skills to stay updated with university requirements and scholarship opportunities.
