Ltd., one of the best office interiors design & build companies in India,, is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly backend sales, with a proven track record of converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: 1.    CALLING - MAKE CALL ON ALL LEADS (50 calls per day) 2.    SCHEDULING MEETINGS - Fix Meetings of Sales Team with the client (Total 9 meetings daily) 3.    NUMBER OF MEETINGS - Fixing 3 meetings daily for each of the sales team member. That means if there are 3 sales members then 9 meetings to be fixed daily. 4.    COMMUNICATION : For fixing meetings use all necessary professional means like Calls, Email, Whatsapp, Messages on Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn 5.    SHARE – Share our company profile, updates with customer periodically to keep them engaged 6.    FOLLOW-UP : Follow up with sales team till the lead is converted into actual project/sales 7.    LEARN – Learn about Our company’s services 8.    TARGET & CONVERSION – Work on Targets and Conversion. For you conversion is how many calls were made and through that how many meetings were fixed Required Skills & Qualifications: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH STRONG FOLLOW-UP Never-Give-up ATTITUDE Following are the Key Performance Indicators : KPI Objective Target Calls Made- Make calls on all leads to generate potential sales opportunities- 50 calls per day 2.Meetings Scheduled- Schedule meetings for sales team members with potential clients Scheduling -9 meetings per day for sales team 3.Meetings per Sales Member- Ensure each sales team member has sufficient meetings scheduled- 3 meetings per day per member of sales team 4.Utilization of Communication Tools- Use various communication tools to set up meetings and engage clients- 100% usage of specified tools (Calls, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) 5.Engagement through Shares- Share company updates and profiles with clients to maintain engagement- Bi-weekly shares 6.Lead Follow-Up  - Follow up on leads until they are converted into sales    - Follow-up on 100% of leads 7.Learning and Development- Learn about company services to enhance sales effectiveness- Weekly learnings & Trainings on saturdays 8.Conversion Rate- Convert calls and meetings into actual sales   - Conversion rate of 25% of meetings into projects
