Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proven experience in AI model development and training.
  • Proficiency in Python, with the ability to get hands-on with coding at a deep level.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Experience with generative AI model development and training for text, image, and video data.
  • Familiarity with data pre-processing techniques and pipeline development for AI model training.


Role Requirements

  • As the AI Developer – Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced AI solutions to develop an AI integrated platform for the renewables industry.
  • You will lead a team of AI developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and pain points, leading the development of innovative AI models tailored to our specific use cases.
  • Drive the investigation, creation, and customization of new generative AI models, adapting core models to our unique requirements.
  • Enable LLMs to run on cloud environment.
  • Fine tune Large Language models (LLM) for users to get the right answers, enterprises to get the relevant data.
  • Evaluate and analyze RAG solution.
  • Utilise the best-in-class LLM to define customer experience solutions.
  • Collaborate across orgs, across PAs in bringing these solutions.
  • Leveraging open-source platforms where possible and contribute to the development of ecosystem.
