Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Empathy and patience when dealing with customers Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient computer skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
