JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES EXECUTIVE- PROJECTS  


 

Role : Sales Executive-Projects 

Industry: Firefighting 

Experience : 4+ years of experience

 

Sales Executive in Projects is accountable for the revenue generation and converting contacts into Contracts and maintaining key clients. Liaison with consultants and architects and other providers of the projects. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Creating and executing sales strategy for the company
  • meeting MEP Consultants
  • Generate Sales Revenue to meet annual revenue goals
  • Proactively Engage with Project Consultants, Architects and different stakeholders
  • Create Client base for the projects
  • Visiting the leads given by marketing and converting into business.
  • Negotiating the price and closing the Sale
  • Building and management of Customer relationships
  • Regular follow-up on due amounts from the customers
  • Ensuring all the relevant data to be updated in the internal information system.
  • Regular Follow up with the Clients  

 

Requirements:  

  • Candidate with the qualification of B.Tech Mech/ BBA/MBA or relevant field. 
  • Candidate with minimum 4 or more than four years are applicable. 
  • Candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in B2B Sales 
  • Candidate should possess interest in Field sales.

Additional Preferences: 

  • Candidate’s previous experience in project-based companies is preferable. 
  • Candidate with Fire Protection knowledge is preferable.
  • Should have Proficient level MS office skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • 4 wheeler driving skills.
