Experience : 4 - 6 years PQE Preferred Industry : FMCG / Consumer durables / Manufacturing Location: Chennai Roles and Responsibilities: Corporate Accounts and Finance Preparation of Standalone Financial statements Preparation of Consolidated Financial statements Manage the statutory audit Implementation and review of Internal financial controls Manage IFC audit Monthly closing of Corporate Accounts Process improvements for increase in automated controls GL review of Corporate Support for Annual Report, AGM and other statutory compliances Direct Taxation Preparation of Income tax computation for companies in the group. Handling Income tax Assessments for companies in the group. Preparation of Income tax working on quarterly financials based on Interim Financial reporting standard. Providing assessment information to CIT (Appeals) and tax consultants for ITAT appeals. Ensuring timely filing of Income Tax returns and TDS returns for group companies. TDS on foreign payments- Ensuring correct WHT rate applied and TRC / PE declarations are in place for each transaction. Tax audit co-ordination and closure Base Erosion and Profit shifting (BEPS) documentation and finalisation CBCR reporting Coordinating with the IT department on matters relating to TDS disputes and resolving the audit objections raised by them. Transfer pricing report preparation (Form 3CEB) and filing- domestic and international transaction with associated enterprises.
