Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced backend developer specializing in micro service architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user interface. As a backend developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute solutions that align with our brand vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development process for backend, from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
2. Translate user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints into innovative and intuitive solutions.
3. Build prototypes, and high-fidelity systems that effectively present API functionality.
4. Develop highly scalable services that can handle millions of requests in the system
5. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to iterate on technical solutions and incorporate feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
7. Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineeting or BCA, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Backend Development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web-based projects.
3. Proficiency in frameworks/Libs like ExpressJs, Nodejs and Kafka Etc.
4. Experience in Database technologies like MongoDB, MySQL, Redis Etc
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating optimised solutions.
6. Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
2. Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or finance industries.
