Position title – Product Manager

Experience - 5+ Yrs.

Location – Gurgaon


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the product strategy and development, with a focus on aligning the product roadmap with the company's business objectives and user needs.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Development

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team is focused on the most impactful initiatives


User Research and Design

- Utilize user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors

- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize and validate product concepts

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the brand

- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience


Alignment with Business Needs

- Translate business requirements and objectives into clear product requirements and roadmaps

- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for new features and functionality, considering factors such as cost, time-to-market, and long-term maintainability

- Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers

- Measure and report on key product metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on e-commerce or subscription-based businesses

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience using design tools like Figma

- Proficient in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams

- Passion for healthy food
