Job Description: Role: Engagement Manager Experience Level: 8-12 Years Work location: Trivandrum/Bangalore/Mumbai (Hybrid) Role & Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: Should be responsible for managing multiple managed services engagements across clients. Work with the sales team to help identify, support solutioning and bid for managed services opportunities. Own finance and operations of the entire managed services function. Prepare, present and participate in internal management reviews & client meetings. Ensure compliance, work execution and continuous improvement of the services as per the contract. Help augment and streamline the managed services offering for better market alignment. Be the mentor, guide for the team and own timely hiring, upskilling of the team members. Be an advisor to the clients, manage escalations and create a positive experience for them. Skills Required: You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred. Minimum of 8 years of work experience in managed services or operations environment & exceptional client service experience Good executive presence & ability to communicate/negotiate effectively with clients Great organizational skills, ability to work independently or team with others as required Develop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools like Service management, BCP & DR. Excellent collaboration and presentation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds Experience in supporting managed service bids, defining an operationally efficient resource model for meeting SLAs. Proven people management skills and ability to manage a team of 30+. Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment of 24x7 support. Confidence with numbers and financial analysis Proficiency in Google/Microsoft office suite Ability to quickly solve problems with a positive upbeat attitude.
