Work you’ll do: As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Workday HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.


Job Description:

  • Should have minimum 1-2 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience
  • Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIRED
  • Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects
  • Strong functional knowledge in workday business processes
  • Knowledge in workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Workday Security
  • Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
  • Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support ∙ Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training. ∙ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
