Inviting applications for the role of Quality Assurance Test Lead We are seeking a highly skilled in Testing to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in leading and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts, as well as conducting functional testing to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand project requirements and determine the testing approach. Build and lead a team of testers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and mentorship. Able to build/Set-up Automation framework from scratch and manage/maintain the automation framework and tools. (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects, by Implementing quality assurance processes and standards. Conduct reviews and audits of test artifacts to ensure compliance with best practices and project requirements. Evaluate the feasibility of test automation and develop automated test scripts where applicable. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensure clear and concise communication of test results to project stakeholders. Identify and assess testing risks and develop mitigation strategies. Report risks to project management and make recommendations for risk reduction. Define and track key testing metrics to measure the effectiveness and progress of testing activities. Prepare and present test status and defect reports to project stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies. Implement process improvements and optimizations in the testing methodology. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and plans, including test objectives, scope, resource allocation, and schedules. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA, TestRail). Preferred qualifications Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) may be preferred.
