Description :SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as a Python Architect or Senior Python Developer, with at least 12+ of experience in Python development.Proficiency in Python programming and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy.Good experience in Talend or any other BI & Visualization toolsFamiliarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.Previous experience with migration from BI & Visualization tool to Python is a pluxResponsibilities:Design and architect Python-based systems and applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Python solutions.Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for various projects.Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.Work closely with the data engineering team to integrate Python solutions into existing data pipelines.Implement best practices for Python development, including testing, documentation, and version control.Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development.Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
